一、活动简介
第二届 “最·孔院” 全球短视频征集活动再起航,欢迎来自世界各地的孔院人以短视频的形式记录你与孔院、与中文的美好瞬间,分享中文连接你我、沟通世界文化的精彩故事。2022年,我们向世界发出诚挚邀约,用中文创享全球故事,探索镜头下的温暖与力量。
二、组织机构
主办单位:中国国际中文教育基金会
支持单位:中国教育出版传媒集团
媒体平台:央视网、中国日报China Daily、中新社等知名主流媒体。孔子学院全球门户网站及社交媒体平台、孔子学院院刊等。
活动同步在Youtube、Tik Tok、Facebook、哔哩哔哩等平台播出。
三、单元设置
(一)“最·孔院”主题单元
以最具创意的形式,从各类视角展现孔子学院(课堂)的故事和情景等,包括但不限于:师生员工和校友风采、孔院建设和发展、办学成果、校园内部环境、课堂教学场景、汉语角精彩瞬间、当地社区贡献。用热爱,诠释心中的孔院。
(二)“最·中文”主题单元
分享中文的魅力和故事,包括但不限于:中文教育方法,中文学习秘诀和收获,中文与个人成长趣事,中文与当地语言异同(如发音、用法等方面),中文在当地的应用场景。学习中文,有知识,更有乐趣。
(三)“最·文化”主题单元
展示全球异彩纷呈的绚烂文化,可以介绍中国文化、孔院(课堂)所在国(地区)或城市文化、中外文化异同与互鉴等,包括节日、习俗、美食、物产、建筑、品牌、运动、时尚、新媒体、影视、非物质文化遗产等视角。推荐以“我为我的城市代言”、“我身边的中国元素”等为主题。聚焦某一个文化议题,世界便在我们眼中。
四、活动奖项
(一)综合评选出:
特等奖:3部作品(获奖证书及奖金人民币10000元)
一等奖:6部作品(获奖证书及奖金人民币5000元)
二等奖:10部作品(获奖证书及奖金人民币3000元)
三等奖:21部作品(获奖证书及奖金人民币2000元)
优秀奖:60部作品(获奖证书)。
(二)根据大众投票结果,评选出最具人气奖作品12部,颁发获奖证书。
(三)根据参与单位投稿的数量和质量,评选出优秀组织奖35个,颁发获奖证书。
(四)从获奖作品的主创人员中评选“孔院达人”,颁发荣誉证书,提供专题培训,并为其在孔子学院全球门户网站等平台开设专栏。
(五)获奖证书和奖金由主办方以作者所在孔子学院(课堂)为单位进行发放。
五、活动导航
(一)参加范围:
全球孔院人:孔子学院(课堂)所有师生员工、校友(在孔院工作或学习过)。
(二)活动日程:
1.征集:2022年4月8日—7月8日
2.初评(7月)
3.复审、揭晓入围作品(7-8月)
4.大众投票(8月)
5.终评(8月)
6.颁奖(9月)
(三)报送要求
1.以孔子学院(课堂)为单位报名参加,每单位报送作品数量不限。
2.作品形态不限,鼓励创新。纪录片、脱口秀、人物访谈、Vlog或其他创意形式,专业摄制或手机拍摄均可,时长1-5分钟。
3.作品语种不限。配音、字幕至少其中一种语言为中文,推荐使用外挂字幕。
4.作品须为本次活动原创,画面清晰、主题突出、结构完整、具有故事性和创意性,内容客观真实、积极向上,正确使用孔子学院标识(若用到)。
5.不得侵犯任何第三方的知识产权,未在报纸、杂志、网站、社交媒体等平台公开发表。不得涉及暴力、色情、种族歧视等内容。
6.建议分辨率为1280*720或以上,格式为MP4、MOV。
7.报送作品需完整填写所需信息,确保信息准确无误。
(四)报送途径
报送通道将于5月至6月间开启,请关注孔子学院全球门户网站及微信公众号通知。
(五)其他事项
1.参与活动,即视为自愿将作品著作权转让给主办方,并允许主办方进行转授权,包括但不限于以下权利:
(1)复制权;
(2)汇编权(视频的部分或全部);
(3)翻译权;
(4)印刷版和电子版的复制权;
(5)网络传播权;
(6)发行权。
2.参加人员须保证投稿作品的署名权无争议。若发生署名权争议问题,一切责任由其本人承担。
3.如发现作品涉嫌抄袭、盗用版权等情况,一律取消参加资格、追回奖励,并由其本人承担一切相关法律责任。
4.参加人员需注意疫情防护。
5.中国国际中文教育基金会对本次活动拥有最终解释权。

CI Moments 2022
Notification of Global Short Video Collection
Sharing Your Chinese Journey
Application Period: April 8 - July 8, 2022
I. About the Event
The CI Moments 2022 Global Short Video Collection will soon set sail, and we hereby invite all CIers from across the world to record their wonderful moments related to the CI and the Chinese language in short videos. We would like everyone to share splendid stories about the role of the Chinese language in promoting exchange and communication between world cultures. In 2022, we extend a sincere invitation to all, to share your Chinese journey and explore its warmth and power with a camera.
II. Organizers
Organizer: Chinese International Education Foundation (CIEF)
Sponsor: China Education Publishing & Media Group Ltd.
Media Platforms: China Central Television,China Daily, China News Service, etc. The Confucius Institute global portal (www.ci.cn) and social media platforms, Confucius Institute Magazine, etc.
This event will also be broadcast simultaneously on a series of platforms including YouTube, TikTok,Facebook and Bilibili.
III. Thematic Sections
(1) Confucius Institute Moments
This section seeks videos that showcase stories and scenes about the Confucius Institute/Classroom in the most creative way. Usage of various perspectives, including but not limited to excellent moments of CI teachers, students, staff and alumni; CI construction and development; CI achievements; CI campus environment; scenes of classroom teaching; highlights at Chinese corners; contributions to the local community, and so on is encouraged.
(2) Chinese Language Moments
This section seeks videos that share the charm and stories of the Chinese language, including but not limited to Chinese education methods, Chinese learning tips and gains, interesting stories about Chinese learning and personal growth, similarities and differences (in pronunciation, usage, and etc.) between Chinese and the local language, local scenarios of Chinese application, etc. Learning Chinese is not only fulfilling, but also fun.
(3) Cultural Moments
This section seeks videos that display the colorful and splendid cultures of the world. In the video, creator(s) can introduce Chinese culture; the culture of the host country, region or city for CI/CC. The similarities and differences as well as exchange between Chinese and local cultures from a diversity of perspectives, including festivals, customs, food, products, buildings, brands, sports, fashion, new media, film and television, and intangible cultural heritage are all acceptable topics. “My City, My Turf”, “Chinese Elements around Me” and similar themes are highly recommended.
IV. Prizes
(1) The following prizes will be awarded for each of the three sections:
Grand Prize: 3 (certificate plus RMB 10,000 each)
First Prize: 6 (certificate plus RMB 5,000 each)
Second Prize: 10 (certificate plus RMB 3,000 each)
Third Prize: 21 (certificate plus RMB 2,000 each)
Merit Prize: 60 (certificate)
(2) The 12 most popular videos will be selected through a public vote, and each will be awarded a certificate.
(3) 35 excellent participating institutions will be selected in accordance with the quantity and quality of videos submitted, and a certificate will be awarded to each.
(4) “The Confucius Institute’s Got Talent” will be selected from the creative personnel of the award-winning videos, and each will be granted an honorary certificate and a thematic training, as well as a feature page on platforms such as the Confucius Institute global portal (www.ci.cn).
(5) The award certificate and bonus shall be distributed by the organizer to the CI/CC with which the creators are affiliated.
V. Roadmap for Participants

3. Application Requirements
(1) Participants shall sign up for this event with the CI/CC as their participating institution. There is no limit on the number of videos submitted by each institution.
(2) In the interest of encouraging innovation, there is no limitation on the form of videos. We welcome videos shot with professional cameras or mobile phones, in the form of documentary, talk show, interview, Vlog or other creative ways, ranging from 1 to 5 minutes in duration.
(3) There are no restrictions on the language used in the videos; however, at least one of the languages used for dubbing or subtitles must be Chinese. Plug-in subtitles are recommended.
(4) Each video submitted must be original, with a clear picture, a highlighted theme and a complete structure, as well as a great sense of story and creativity. It must also include objective and true content, proactive and positive initiatives, and correct use of the Confucius Institute logo, if applicable.
(5) All videos participating in this event must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and must not have been published in newspapers, magazines, websites, social media or other platforms, nor should they involve illegal content such as violence, pornography, or racial discrimination.
(6) The recommended resolution of the videos is 1280*720 or above, and the recommended format is MP4 or MOV.
(7) All information required for video submission should be filled in correctly.
4. Submission Channel
The submission channel will be open in May or June. Please follow the notice on the Confucius Institute global portal (www.ci.cn) and its WeChat official account.
5. Other Matters
(1) Participation in the event shall be deemed to indicate voluntary transfer of the copyright of the work to the organizer and allow the organizer to conduct the delegation of authority, including but not limited to the following rights:
a) Reproduction rights;
b) Adaptation rights (part or all of the video content);
c) Translation rights;
d) Reproduction rights of the printed and electronic versions;
e) Right to network dissemination;
f) Distribution rights.
(2) Participants must ensure that the right of authorship of the submitted work is not disputed. In case of any dispute over the right of authorship, all responsibilities shall be borne by the submitter.
(3) In case of plagiarism, copyright misappropriation or other illegal behavior, the entrant will be disqualified and be subject to all applicable legal penalties, while the prize will be withdrawn.
(4) Participants should utilize personal protection measures against COVID-19.
(5) Chinese International Education Foundation (CIEF) reserves the right of final interpretation of the event.
